Affective 與 Cognitive ToM目前還沒有明確的component，第三層所列為常用於測驗Schizophrenia病人ToM的項目。

Affective ToM: Faux Pas Recognition、 Reading the Mind in the Eyes、Faux Pas Recognition、                                 Yoni task、Strange Stories task
